Anne Forcine
Accounting Assistant
Anne joins Phileo Shared Services as an Accounting Assistant, bringing not only deep experience in accounting operations, financial analysis, and audit support, but also a genuine desire to use her gifts and financial acumen in service to Christian ministry.
Anne previously served as a Client Accountant at DMW Direct, where she managed accounts payable and receivable, processed payroll, prepared monthly financial reports, and supported annual external audits. Earlier, as Accounting Manager for Earth Tones Landscape Design, she oversaw all financial processes, developed job-costing systems, and led budgeting and cost-benefit analysis initiatives.
Her career also includes finance and accounting leadership roles at Datamatix, Forcine Concrete and Construction, and WMH Rorer Pharmaceuticals, contributing to budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. Anne has additionally supported international ministry work through internal-control audits with Wycliffe Associates in Africa and Papua New Guinea, where she helped organizations strengthen their financial stewardship and accountability.
Anne holds a B.A. from Shippensburg University and completed graduate coursework in business, accounting, and computer science at St. Joseph’s University. She is proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other accounting systems.
She is excited to bring her professional expertise and her heart for ministry to the team at Phileo Shared Services.
