Kristie Ladley
Graphic Designer
Kristie Ladley joins Phileo Shared Services with a deep passion for mission-driven design and a commitment to using her creative gifts to support organizations she believes in. As a graphic designer, she has always held the conviction that marketing begins with genuine belief in a mission—an approach that has guided every step of her career.
Kristie began her professional journey in graphic design roles that allowed her to build a strong foundation in branding, direct mail campaigns, corporate identity systems, and client-focused marketing materials. She worked with companies ranging from large national brands to hospitality organizations, collaborating closely with project managers and copywriters to produce ads, logos, magazines, and various promotional materials. She also partnered with organizations such as the United Way of Delaware, following each project from concept to completion and ensuring high-quality, mission-aligned communication.
Over many years, Kristie dedicated herself to creating enriching experiences for residents across Independent Living, Personal Care, and Alzheimer’s care. She planned and led activities, partnered with local hospitals and wellness organizations, and provided compassionate support to residents and families. In her role as Director of Admissions and Community Outreach, Kristie was responsible for marketing the facility by designing promotional materials.
Kristie has continued to work as a freelance Graphic Design Consultant, collaborating with business owners, committees, and non-profits to strengthen their branding and communication strategies. These partnerships have allowed her to use design to elevate causes she believes in—work she considers both a joy and a calling.
Kristie is a graduate of James Madison University, where she earned her BFA in Graphic Design, and she broadened her artistic training through a study abroad program in Florence, Italy.
